Ripoff deceptive company false promises the business that doesnt give a dam product ruined my glasses

I brought a product from eGifts Outlet that was supposed to remove scratches from eye glasses.

The product ruined my glasses. I had to purchase a new pair at price of $145.00 for the lenses. The glasses that were ruined were $205.24.

I wrote the above company on 3/12/03 to ask for a reimbursement for the lenses of $145.00. I have not even received a acknowledgement. I believe I was ripped off.
