Global Alliance For International Advancement
Despite no service rendered, an unauthorized, unannounced $5,000-plus charge to my credit card account

In June, I trustingly furnished to Global Alliance for International Development my American Express credit card number for a trial, refundable, membership listing (of international consultants) costing $1000.

No subsequent communication or service rendered since June.

In March, Global Alliance took it on themselves to bill my credit card approximately $5,100 which amount American Express electronically drafted out of my personal checking account with PNC.
