I placed an order on May 17 and was $ was debited from my account immediately. After 2 weeks, I still had not received any tracking information so I started trying to get in touch with the company. 3 phone calls and 3 e-mails with no response. I never received my order so I filed a complaint with paypal 20 days after placing my order. Fortuately Paypal was able to recover my $ because I did not wait to long to file a complaint. DO NOT order from Neat Containers! They will take your money. If you did order from them then file a complaint with paypal before it is too late to get your money back.
