Said they could change all of the interest rates to a lower % saving me at least $2,500.00 or I could get my money back

I lost a total of $ 999.00 taken from a credit card claiming they could save me $2500.00 with there program. What a rip. I am a divorced woman living alone and of course it sounded good. I guess too good.
