Douglas Wester owner Contracted 24 shipments for transportation services that total in excess of $27,000 and have not remitted payment all over 90 day past due

Temple International engaged my company, North & South Logistics, Inc, Wake Forest NC to handle transportation services amounting to $27,000... And have not paid said amount... This entails some 24 invoices that represent the total amount. My company has attempted with no success to engage owner, Douglas Wester, and he has made no attempt to return calls, letters or emails.
