Paid course in full $319.00 was told i could get my money back if i couldn't pass the test

Got a phone call from a Michael Brown about a month ago. I was told that if I could come up with 319.00 dollars that I could go and take a state exam and make a six digit income. I paid the money in full, started taking the test and could not pass it and was told there was no refund.By a man named Jerry Crosby out of Texas.

Now I am a single mom trying to better myself, believed in what Michael told me. Now I am on my own with no money. Pretty much told tough luck.
