I would like to know is it Legal 4 the Director of housing authority to drive by ur house at 11 pm and 12am taking Pictures of ur home and of ur visitors telling U who can come to ur home and what time they can come, this has been going on 4 sometime now and I just wanted to know if anything can b done about this because I feel like it's an invadtion of ur Privateces Just would like to know, also riding in the area with his lights off in a dark car with tinted windows taking Pictures.
