I have always loved Pier 1, but recently I placed an order (totaling over $500) and was assured it would be in the store in 7-14 days. Three weeks later, they realized something was wrong and treated me as if I should be grateful to receive the product I had previously paid for in another 2 weeks with free shipping (the shipping was supposed to be free from the beginning). Won't be shopping in that store anymore—Midland, Texas
