07 Transfer Lease arrangement
1. Changing of their own lease documents, ledgers & signatures in paperwork submitted to Wayne Township Small Claims Court. Billing with intention to Collect during Collections/Eviction Trial.
2. With Judge's Order Of grant of request for Appeal from Wayne Township Small Claims Court to Superior Court, M&J did not participate in Rules of Trial Procedure.
3. Substantial evidence of lease fraud and Collector's statements involving transfer paperwork, lease documents, records of deposits and "Damages" appear in multiple ledgers with copies of these records in Consumer Fraud Division of Indiana Attorney General.
4. With multiple Collection threats, no collection agency records.
5. M&J has now skipped over the above with Appearance for New Trial in Superior Court 16 months after small claims case was successfully petitioned for appeal.
6. Original eviction record began on Transfer of Lease with $4500 in damages to one of the Co-Signers and went to Wayne Township Court one day after co-signer requested Prior Resident's ledger of damages, given that the apartment was heavily damaged with spray-painted carpet repairs, etc.
7. Surrounding issues in case surround violence on premesis without remediation of Leasing Office or regard for intruding pets on Stanford Apartment Grounds not in compliance with City Ordinances.
