Radtke attempted to sue me in small claims court after I had tendered a 30-day notice to vacate premesis. I moved out early and remained in possession of the keys to the apartment, because Radtke disappeard. He refused to take possession of the keys, yet posted 24 hour notices to enter premesis on the apartment door every 3 days, so I would show to wait for him. He never showed. Radtke would drive by to determine if I was in the apartment and then leave. I checked the apartment each day because I was not able to turn over the apartment keys so I no longer officially had possession of the apartment.
One final day I checked the apartment and the lock had been drilled (this was not the first time Radtke illegally entered the apartment). Once he entered and went through my belongings. Radtke has filed multiple small claims and civil suits against tenants for no reason. Radtke has been in and out of court cases since the 1970s, Contracter's license revoked by state.
