I have been calling continuously, leaving messages, E mailing and skyping... No no avail since the weekend. I ordered a dozen roses for my daughters 21st birthday on Saturday. The flowers have still not arrived!!! Someone called me once from Bloomex to say the florist left a message. She has received NO messages from a florist. I call her and she always picks up. Bloomex has missed her very important birthday and I am fuming at your lousy service. Someone please call em asap.
