Complaint / Review
New Century Mortage Company, Marlene Reveron Notary Public State Of Florida, Brevard County
Mortgage fraud and forgery / Homestead / Florida

I have been involved in a mortgage fraud/forgery case for over one year. I pressed charges against both the mortgage company and notary public involved in this matter. It took place in Palm Bay, Florida in Brevard County. I filed a police report on 8/14 with Detective Clark Mars. After Det. Mars filed the evidence, it was turned over to the District Attorney's office in Brevard County Florida. The Asst. District Attorney, Michael J. Cannon, contacted me regarding this case. At one point he attempted to dismiss the case due to alleged lack of evidence, which I disputed. I asked asked to speak with the State Attorney, Mr. Norman R. Wolfinger. They turned me over to his assistant. The evidence was reviewed, found to be committed in Brevard County and returned to Mr. Michael J. Cannon's office. After he more carefully reviewed the evidence, he returned it to Det. Clark Mars for further investigation. Det. Mars concluded that there was sufficient evidence to turn the case over to the FBI Mortgage Fraud Task Force in Tampa, Florida at 5525 W. Gray St., Tampa, FL 33609. Documentation shows that all evidence was received by Martha S. Favia at their office by certified mail receipt on 7/2. I have received no communications from this office to date (2/23). I have worked very hard with the DA's office and Det. Mars, having given detailed evidence that shows concrete proof against both parties listed in this matter. I am committed to following this case to the point of resolution. My credit is still not good due to these criminal acts against me. I am continually being harrassed by various law firms and by Century Mortgage Company due to this fraudulent loan taken out in my name. Any help or advice on further action needed on my part would be most helpful.
