My former daughter-in-law Jeanne Marie Fox, SS# 375-74-8188 DOB 10 Feb 74 attempted to murder our Son by burning him to death with a two gallon cooker of hot grease, while he was in the barhroom shaving on March 27,1991. She was arrested for Aggrivated Battery.
Her mother Shirley Louise Fox's money had her sent to an Abuse Shelter. Attorney Gerald L. Pickett, retained Judy Katrin Wilson, of Creative Services, Ocala Florida to appear in court & commit perjury. Judge Jerry T. Lockett, Lake County Tavaras, Fl., took my son's evidence & put in his desk & stated (quote (there is no evidence (unquote). The evidence was marked "to Be Opened By Court Order Only" I have that evidence!
The judge took my son's home, his son, & everthing he owned, by Gerald L. Pickett using another David Clark's criminal record against my son. Our 52 year old Son has no criminal record!
I had paid the 1st & 2nd mortgage payments on the martial home for minths! Along with paying Fitzpatrick & Fitzpatrick's law Firm to represent my Son. They withdrew from the case before the hearing. Billing was paid in full every month! Richard Fitzpatrick came in judge Jerry T. Locketts office about 10 mintues before the hearing and had some 20 wittness' dismissed.
Judge Jerry T. Lockett, did grant me, David's mother a Lien on the martial property. Jeanne rented out the property for some 10 years, then sold it with the judgments not paid. She singed an Affidavit that there were no Liens or encoumberances on property at issue. Future Title Serivces, Inc. Beverly Hills, Fl.
Sold the property, an also sold Shirely Fox's house that was left to Jeanne when Shirley died. Both Liens were registeered with the county and with the State of Florida as required by law!
I have a pending case Anna M. Clark v. Futire Title Service, s Inc. Et, al, CASE # CA-2578, with hearing set for 25 Nov 02 @ 8:30 Am. The defendant's attorney Karen O. Gaffnery, cancelled a hearing for 28 Oct 02 @ 1:30. But failed to notify plaintiff of cancelation. We traveled the close to 200 miles, only to learn the hearing was calcelled. (Malfesance!).
I lost $383,340.00 up to 1 Jul 02 and my son's home. We have filed a Writ of Replevin to get back his home. There are pictures availavle & evidence to support every allegation from the Chief Judge Patricia VitterThomas's sexual excapades to the attempted extortion by Richard Fitzptrick. Anyone wants pictures I will scan & send!

Nobody would believe this story it is so egregious that it undermines the justice system and is a disgrace to the American Bar Association! The defendants have refused three times to answer Interrogatories, and refuse to reveal who their underwriters are. Wherefore, I sued each of them! Every allegation setforth is true & correct, excluding excerts from other evidence!
