Whilst I was out today christmas shopping, to my amazement got to the cashier with my goods and was told that I could not have a refund if returned, only an exchange. This happend in two different clothes stores today. Chessman and Select. Because the items were gifts for christmas I declined to purchase them. Are stores within their rights to do this.
