The salesman tricked me into giving them a down deposit, and told me to stop going around because only Duhaney motors will get you in a car. I bought it and they took my down deposit.By the 3rd day, i called Duhaney motors for a refund, they told me its not neccessary and refused to give me an answer. It took nearly 4 days so Duhaney motors can wrap up a little statement stating that im approved. I called the finance company and they told me i was never approved. So i returned the car as per request the finance company (Drive financial). Duhaney motors refused to cooperate and thats why im suing them for my down deposit to be refunded back.
DUAHNEY MOTORS KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They are scaming peopel and they need to close out. They already got kicked out of pontiac-buick-gmc due to croked sales and debts that duhaney left at the hands of pontiac-buick-gmc to deal with. GMAC alleges that mismanagement FROM Duhaney has put the GMAC business in a precarious financial state and consumers at risk. Therefore kicking and removing the Dunahey name as partners.
