Eceived a mastercard from fifth third bank back in december. I never applied for this! January I get a bill for $15 for this card that is still in it's envelope unactivated. I go straight to fifth third bank and complain about it. Februarygets here I get another bill now it is for a late charge of $15 plus another$15. I have so far turned this over to the comptroller, and the us treasury dept. Also my local radio station. I will not let these crooks get away with this. No wonder there stock is only worth$1.08 a share
