Gave me cdl and now after almost 2yrs driving cdl invalid

Een driving for P.T. L and came home to find letter from state of Ohio saying i have to retake all my tests within 90 days to keep my cdl. Company i am driving for layed me off until situation is resolved. This is not fair.
