I purchased a Westinghouse 37 inch Widescreen HDTV in early April.in Feb of a black line appeared in the upper right hand corner of the TV, stretching down to the middle of the TV. A few days later, the picture went out. After calling the company, and trying their troubleshooting (which is horrible), the person on the phone said I need a reciept, even though they have my warranty information, or they won't fix it. He had the nerve to tell me to pay more of my hard earned money to take it to a TV repair shop and have them fix it!!! I will NEVER AGAIN purchase anything that company makes, or is affiliated with. I expect an $800 TV to last for more than 10 months, and thats how long I have had my TV.
