Purchase an Westinghouse LED TV, within 2 months LEDs started to burned out and a black line was working its way up the right side of the TV. The unit was under warranty and it took 4 weeks to get an return authorization, which did not include shipping costs. They do not have a repair centers on the east coast, so we had to pay $99 to ship the unit to the west coast. 4 weeks later they sent a refurbished unit, which I asked them not to do. The unit arrived defective - the screen was half black and half gray, plus it had the same LED defect black line going up the right side of the screen. This time they are paying for the return shipping. However they refuse to send a new replacement unit, they plan to send another refurbished unit. This is horrific quality and customer service. We will not purchase any Westinghouse products again, and if anyone is considering a Westinghouse product, recommend selecting another brand.
