I hired this company in June. Got a call from a Mike Seran. He told me he could help me out of my tax situation. Big lie. After paying $2,500 out i thought for sure they were working on my case. I was wrong. Months had passed and i was still getting letters from the irs concerning liens and garnishing my wages. I called Mike Seran to find out why this was happening and was told because i owed $500.00 more. I could not believe nothing was done after sending. This type of money. Desperate and scared of the irs i decided to send the $500.00 after i was told and offer and compramise was made with the irs. Another lie. I even have it in writing that it would be sent after my last payment but it never happened. Finally after unreturned phone calls and lies i contacted the irs to make an arrangment. Its what i should have done in the beginning. I tried to get my money back but they are not budging. It took a lot for me and my wife to get that money and now its gone and the sad part of this is that this is happening to someelse while your reading this. People if we dont stand up and eduacate ourselfs by checking things out and asking questions it will keep on happening. They got me and they will get you unless we all take action and do our best to make a difference. Here are the names of the criminals of this company.
Keep in mind the may be using fake names and false identities: MIke Seran, Micheal Rosenstien, Cynthia Moreno, Johnathan Ma, and some a* name James fann. I never really talked to a lawyer and they may tell you that they are. But real lawyers would have more knowledge and you will be able to tell the difference. The main goal for this company is to get your money and there good at it. Just learn they have an F rating w / the bbb.
