I am a proffessional driver and have had nothing but trouble from USIS DAC services. They should be called CIA {criminals in america}. There are practices are secretive and deceptive to say the very least. They allow Trucking Companies to put un-validated information on your DAC report. The companies usually have a grudge with you or simply do not like you to speak out The next time you are having trouble landing a drivers job check out your DAC more than likely you will find erroneus information on it, that you had never been told was there. It is my understanding of the law that this constitutes fraud and is being perpatrated by USIS and many Major Trucking Companies. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who knows how we can start a class action.
