FROM: I too have probems with USIS Background checks I am a truck driver non-felon Usis report me to be (a felon) no job at SWIFT& CRST ETC - Can you help me E-MAIL at (REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES) Thank You the 1st USIS background shows 5 pages into the report me to be a black man SWIFT, report. The 2nd USIS background check CRST report omitt's my race. A lot of dissmissed reports to Swift. Less to CRST Then the non Felony: Both to SWIFT& CRST The felony was dismissed at trial 1995/recharged/amended to a misdemeanor 1997 AZ. Maricopa Co. (Phoenix) case#xxxxxxxxx / trespassing. Amended to misdemeanor 1997.in The PD's office (this was forceed by threts of re-trail) I am A CDL Truck Driver. I live in Calif. This (Usis reporting is a big problem. I would like to add my name Vs: USIS to any Class actions... HOW AND WHERE?
