I had requested rust R & R removal and replacement for a roof support rear door frame piece at the roof of a 1985 GMC cargo van with partial conversion and insulation. RnrnMike Brown stated he could do it 10.00 per hour with parts from another vehicle he was working on for 100.00. Total. RnrnBefore he started he was trying to get paid like a drug addict only he was not a drug addict. Like a drug addict on super steroids this one is. RnrnUpon supposed completion of the first rusted area of the door frame rear door area He started breathing down my neck as if I had never paid him for anything and was never going to pay him anything. He demanded to come immediately to my location and meet so I could pay him and get the van that second that he just informed me it was finished. So he said. Not actually even completed as he stated. RnrnI paid him as I needed the windshield removed and rust fixed also. I never inspected his work until many days later. RnrnI found a auto glass company who would go to that location and do the work, of taking out the glass, so Mike Brown rust man could repair rust and preserve with rust kill. RnrnAs soon as Mike emailed me the rust at the windshield area was complete he began his extortion taktics again. Breathing down my neck I will come meet you right now. RnI did not think anything about it as I trust God as it is his money. I did not see that He was doing shoddy work and demanding payment away from the work so I would not have anything to say and pay. RnI finally inspected the work and found that Mike did 20 percent of what I said to do. He charged 10 hours for 3. Or 5 hours for 1. And the work and paint showed his sloughfullness, it witnesses against him. There was overspray all over inside on the dash and stearing wheel, tires, lic plate, tags. On the brand new auto glass moulding was overspray. Under the auto glass moulding was bare metal rusting already. He demanded payment without doing the work. When I was there I said the roof has lots of surface rust I thought you sanded and painted it. I had written detailed email instructions for each section that needed repair in great detail. He would reply and sounding in agreement. Yet he did not hear a word I said or wrote. RnrnHe did make astatement that he thought the van was junk and worth about 300.00. So he just basicaly trashed it to become 300.00 worth of junk. RnrnI was explaining about the roof so they started to work on the roof area, with high speed sanders. I explained how the roof structure supports on the edge and not in the middle over and over again with him and Monica his wife. He jumped up on the roof like it was a trampoline even his wife repeated what I had said to him. The roof is so wrinkled and damaged more than all the rust repair work he did. About 1,000 at least. RnrnRoof damage exceeds repairs done: He had said he wanted 150.00 to straighten the back bumper, sand and primer, sand and primer block sand the chips after primer, spray two bumpers, some paint chips and the roof. When I inspected the supposed finished job only the bumpers had been sprayed and not prepped, same with the side areas of the van, they were just sprayed with expensive finish paint that he came and got 40.00 to start on this part of the repairs, the roof had not been touched, Mike said Monica started to sand it and Monica said she did. Yet it was not painted and rust was very prevalent. Mike had told me he had a thing for rust, he goes for it and gets it out. RnrnIt had not hit me yet I was so conned and decieved by the master decievers, I asked for more work to be done as I am homless and needed to move into this van. I asked for them to insulate with foils buble wrap type insulation 3 50.00 dollar rolls I bought with glue and seam sealing tape. They said they could do it for 75. Yet the agreement was already 10 per hour. The next day Monica emailed me stateing at about 11;00 the van would be done at 1:00 and she was already demanding payment and pick up of the van. I had not mentioned the wrong work yet and still wanted all of those things fixed. They were kicking me and the van off the property berfore it was done demanding payment again. RnrnIt gets unbelievable after this. Threats, of you never see the van after 10 tommorrow if you do not meet with me to pay what you owe. Still demadning without me being able to inspect the work. I requested with the insulation the back seat be reomeved Mike said he would sell it I said he could have it. I had told them do not move this and that. They moved and removed everything I told them not too and did not remove what I told them to remove. The damages to put back what they undid is more than the work on insulation that they half assed did. RnrnHe threatened to have his tow buddy tow it for 250.00 to his yard if I did not meet with him immediately and pay my 75.00 dollar debt. I had paid him every time immediately until now. I still had things that needed to be finished of their shoddy work. Yet they both as master extortionists came to bear upon me at 11:00 am Friday February 13 the second they said it would be done at done at 1:00. RnrnThey started to threaten they called the Sand Springs police department and were taking the keys for the van too them for a full investigation on the van and the customer requesting services. RnrnIf you do not meet with me I will take the van apart in a million pieces Mike stated in His email threat campaign in full extortion. RnrnEmail regarding the van too his house too start the damage and incomplete repairs. I will be using a rocker panel from a 1965 mustang (strong piece) that will be a left over piece from the meat place and i will bend and shape it to fix the rear of your van. Once i determine where rusts stops, i will cut out all the rust, then sand area to good solid metal, spray rust killer in all crevices and hard to get areas, weld in your new piece that i made, and finally i will grind the weld smooth and use a lil body filler following with paint on the section repaired. Then I will put the filler in areas needed and paint the piece welded in. I have already sprayed rust killer in all areas after I cut the bad parts off. So far my labor is at 11 hours=$110 and I'll have at least 6 more hours on it. So were probably looking around $160-$180 Total for the rear. I asked him when I first looked at his work if he could spray the rust kill on the rusting spots where he left bare metal. Mike Brown stated he had not any rust kill he was out. I know from the way he is that he never had any or he would have charged me or made me pay for some to do it. RnrnAll the work he did was in vain, has to be undone and done right. Rnrnrnrnrnrnrn
