AcaiBerry My Trial Support
Scam/Fruad/Unethical Marketing Technique Boca Raton Florida

While reading the national news on the internet, I came across the ad for AcaiBerry All Natural Cleansing Formula. So, I thought I would try it. They were offering a free trial, just pay the shipping cost, so I thought, what could I lost, except maybe some pounds, if it does not work, I would just cancel further shipment of the product.

I do have high blood pressure, of course I was concern about the effects the products would have on my system. I personally did not notice anthing different, but I happened to have had two doctor visits and each one, my blood pressure was elevated. Now can I say it was because of the product, no, but I can tell you this. The AcaiBerry that was suppose to help me lost weight within days. That did not occur, matter of fact, from my doctors appointment prior to receiving the product, and then the appointments after I had received the product, I gained. And what is so funny, NOT, I am exercising twice a week, more than I was. As for cleaning my colon, I have a bowel movement everyday, but then I was already having a bowel movement everyday.

As for the canceling procedure, I understood that I had fifteen days to terminate the billing of future products, but I was confused as to the billing of the trial product. I noticed that I was billed 02/05 for $88.62. When I called and spoke with Misha at 866-938-4832, she first asked for my order number, which I gave her, # 1149880, then she came back and told me that I would be receiving an e-mail, confirming that I would not be receiving any more products, which as of this date, I have not received any such notice.

But then when I told her that I wanted a refund of my money that had been taken from my account, she said, oh sorry; that is not possible, because that $88.62 was for the first shipment I received, and if I did not want to be billed I should have called within that fifteen days. She went on to say that the fifteen days trail period began from the order date, which of course reduces the number of days for the trial, nor do they have a way of knowing when the trail packet was received. My account was debit 01-20 twice, once for $5.95 and the second time for $. 05. The $5.95 would have been for the shipping cost for the trial product. I have no idea what the $. 05 was for. My account was noted as being debit from "MYACAISUPER" and the phone number listed as 866-950-4792. When my account was debit again it was on 02-05, and again it was debit twice, one in the amount of $. 75 and the second in the amount of $88.62. This time my account was noted as being debit from "TEAACAIBERRY" with a phone number being 866-950-4787.

Misha was not helpful, and I became upset, so I hung up before, I got too rude with her.

Today, 02-16, I called the compnay again, because now I am seeing that there have been others that this fraudulent company has taken advantage of. Today, I spoke with a person that called himself, RJ. Again he asked for my order number and I gave it to him. I then told him I wanted my refund of $88.62, that they had taken from my account. Again I was told, oh, no, that is not possible. I then told RJ, that I would be contacting the BBB, and he had better put me through with someone that had the authority to return my money. He put me on hold, and when he came back, he told me that he was going to submit my request to a refund process p[erson, and that I should check with me bank within 7 to 10 days, that my account would be reveiw for my request. I told him that if I had not received my money within ten days, that they would be hearing from me again. After I looked at my account and found the other phone number I called it and it was the customer service for AcaiBerry.

I spoke with Destiny, agent number 1235. She told me that my account had been sent to refund review but she would expedite my request, I think this was because I was asking questions such as what the other charges were, where they were loacted, which she said the
Republic of the Philippines. When I asked for an address, she said she could not give that, when I ask about the address in Florida, she said that was for shipping the product back to, but that I did not have to worry about that.

Maybe I am not being fair to the product, maybe fifteen days is not enough for me to see a result, or maybe it just doesn't work, but what ever the case is, I have now been charge for a product that is ineffective for me, and it would seem that I have no relief.

Well this is what I think. I think this company is a scam artist. I think they send out this trial product, and just like myself, many people are not clear as to what that billing of $88.62 is after fifteen days. So they bill them as I was billed, by debit our accounts, and then when we call and ask for our refund, we are told, oh sorry, but that is not possible. I also think that because of my own results, or I should say lack of results, this product, does not do a darn thing, except, maybe increase one's blood pressure. This is a scam. They fraudulently mis-represent their product as being an effective, healthy way of losing weight, and they hook individauls in by the use of this 15 day trial period, then saying that nothing has to be done to receive more of the product, just call or contact them through an Chat Live, www.MyTrialSupport.com, if we want no more shipments.By the way the e-mail address does not work.

They are making money on that first and most likely only debit of $88.62 or in some cases it is $94.57. Which ever, it is wrong, it is unethical and it is about time, there was something done to stop this type of crime, and yes, I call this a crime.

I am not happy with this product, I am not happy with the company's, marketing technique, and I may not get my $88.62 back, but I read about this compant on the Internet, and I will write about this company on the Internet. I will contact the BBB, and if I have to I will sent my letter to each and ever State Attorney General Office. I know a scam when I see one, and this is a scam.

All I wanted was my money back. I would have sent the product back, but no, this company practices in an unethical way of business. Thank you for your time.

This is just another form of illeagl use of out computer system that was at one time very useful to the average household. Now it has been the gateway for criminal activity, that should and can be stopped. It began with our laws, and then the enforcement, and yes, education to the public. But this type of scam/fraud should not even be on the computer system. There should be a better check and balance for the average individaul, that believes in our system.
