I ordered Acaiberry with Oprah Winfrey on the logo. Medication for natural Bowel Cleansing. The sample was $4.95 for a months supply. I ordered November 28. I received AcaiPower, instead and I did try the product, it does not work, like Oprah states on her show. I received this on December 14. On December 30 I received a debit to my accout for $39.95 from central coast nutraceuticals, inc. And a debit to Fit Factory for $29.95.
I did not even have 30 days for the $4.95 trial. I call both companies and Fit Factory refunded my card in a week. Central Coast Nutraceuticals Inc. I also called. They told me they needed the Acaipower that I paid $4.95 returned to them. I told Richie I already paid for it. He told if I didn't return it all he could refund of my $39.95 was $20.00. I remind you that I cancelled from the program after fifteen days after receiving the sample. I told Richie I did not think I had to pay $19.95 for the pills that did not work and I would not send them back. He said he could credit my account for $20.00 then. He hung up on me after some heated conversation by me. I called back two hours later & spoke to Kelli and told her I was sending the unused trial pills back & to credit my account for the full amount because I wasn't going to pay more for trying them. She told me Richie had credited my account which he did for $20.00. I told her that I was going to send them back and I wanted the full refund. Then Kelli said I couldn't & hung up. I sent them back by certified mail. Today I called and asked for the $19.95 to be refunded and they told me I opted for the $20.00. Refund.in all business transactions that I know of you have 24 hours or more to change your mind. The person I spoke to today was Austin and he said even if the trial pills returned I can not get my $19.95. Then annouced he would hang up which he did.
I will never ever order anything over the internet again. If it wasn't for Oprah picture on the advertisement I would not of ordered. Then by trying the AcaiPower not AcaiBerry, I also got signed up with Fit Factory and do not how that happened. It is a good thing I check my accounts daily.
How can we get these SCAM Companies off the inernet so we can use it safely without all the hidden charges. If I wasn't so old I would sue this company.
