Beware slumlord, sex offenders, dead beats, kkk leaders

My account is no different about Charlie St. Onge and St. Onge Management.

I call this place because I see an Advertisement on Craigslist for an office for $195.00. I called for days and NO one answered.

I finally call the other number, Charlies cell, and I told him I was interested. He told me about the place, threw out prices left and right, NOT PROFESSIONAL, and told me I can go up there whenever I wanted to. I asked if their would be a manager on duty that can show me around, he said, "No, I live to far. If you want to sign a contract, then I would be up there." That should have been my first warning sign.

So, I go up their, I look at their board and there was numerous slots that said, EMPTY. Second warning sign. Why is this place so empty? I understand the economy but rent is less than $200.00.

So, I go through the place throughly, and from the other postings, they are right. THis place is not suited for REAL businesses. I am a counselor and I wouldn't dare bring people up to this building.

The bathroom claim is true. It smelled like sh* when I walked passed it.

This place is extremely quite. They wasn't anybody in the building.

The kitchen/breakroom is a dirty. I say mice feces around the coffee pot. The office next to the breakroom had mice dropping as well.

I left thinking, this isn't going to work. I do somemore "research" online and found complaints on this website and other. I have a relative that is a police officer and I find out that Charlie was ordered back in 2005 to register as a sex offender.

I then here from a business associate that the owner of there building is selling the real estate.

Here my warnings loud and clear, do not rent from any properties operated by charlie st. Onge or st. Onge management.

You are wasting your time.
