Working for 20/20 Communications has made me a disgruntle employee due to the bad conditions they subject their employees to. I worked there for three years and never ever got a due process for recruiting guys, making sales and single-handedly starting the Connecticut market for At&t.
I have been called several times by a Caucasian Manager and when i reported it, Human Resources laughed and did nothing to resolve this issue. I never received my last pay checks and even during my three year tenure I never received a check without bogus deductions or so-called rejects.
This company policy goes as follows: 1) They make you travel without travel pay, room and board or any compensation for food for that matter and if you refused, you were terminated 2) They give you no base salary and you work on commission, plus what you work for you must fight to get paid for. 3) I never seen an African American Manager and this tells me racism in the 21 century is still existent 4) Females are treated like second class citizens and aren't give respect by upper management. 5) Fraternalism is rampant in this company among white men. 6) The owner makes millions of dollars and doesn't provide any benefits for its employees 7) They sell you a dream and after you've done every thing that they say, they fire you.
This company takes Rip off to whole new Level. I would like to sue this company for bringing in people and replacing me and now they are calling me back to come work. I am through. I need a lawyer, if you can contact me please do. Thank You.
