On Tuesday May 19 a stock pick was made and the open price was at 80 cents and went up to 1.06. The stock proceeded to decline to where it currently stands on Friday May 29 at 21 cents. On Wednesday 5/20 Jason emailed there would be news to raise the stock price which there was not.
Then on May 30, Jason sent out an email that the stock ran from 35 cents to 1.06 in the span of 48 hours making it seem that he recommended the stock at 35 cents. I have included the historical stock prices and you can see the low on May 19 was 88 cents.
Two days before it was in the 35 cents range but the newsletter did not recommend the stock at. 35 but at. 88 cents. On May 18 (one day before the stock pick) the stock went from 48 cents to 81 cents where Jason probably made his purchases and then sold at the 1.06 so he probably tripled his money while his newsletter readers lost 3/4 of their investment.
He does not reply to emails and I'm sure he will not rebut this report.
I'm tempted to report him to the SEC for insider trading and market manipulation.
