Purchased a 2 year agreement due to expire in may. Purchased a second radio but had poor reception, discontinued this service 16 monthes ago but sirius continued to bill for this and d/ced all service 2 x over the period of the 2 year contract, numkerous phone calls did not clear this up... Asked to talk with supervisor and have been placed on hold for over 30 minutes at a time... Got a different story everytime i called, was assured the situation was cleared up until i got another shut-off notice... Constant hassle and no results even after several people were involved..
