Will not refund $1875

I purchased a remanufactured engine for my 1989 olds 98 regency back in september for $1875. I was going to send my original engine in to rebuild but they said that would take 4-6 weeks and they had one ready to ship so i agreed. 3 weeks passed and still no engine so i cancelled my order because they misled me to just make a sale. I spoke directly with craig smith and tim cones. I made regular attempts to call and email them but all were ignored.

I made a complaint to the BBB but they did not respond to that either, i made a complaint to the FTC, and i recently submitted a complaint to the attorney general consumer fraud department. Their # is 585-546-7430 and the fax is 585-546-7514.

I have not gone to small claims yet because if they declare backruptcy then i would just lose more money. I am glad God has a law that you reap what you sow so i know tim cones will get what he deserves.
