I bought a rebuilt Rhino Engine on 6/7 and I gave them a $450.00 deposit for engine core. I paid $2,582.00 for the engine and $450.00 for the core deposit. The Engine came around 6/15 I turned around and sent back the core on around 6/25. They told me I would have to wait 2 billing cycles before the core deposit would be credited to my account. So I started calling in August and I was told that I would get the deposit not to worry they usally take care of the big customers first, someone like me was a rarity and that they will get to me. I started calling them every two weeks, most of the time I had to leave a voice message. Also no one ever answered the voice meassages, after about 6 months of calling finally I could no longer even leave a voice mail meassage because it said the box was full. So now it has been almost a whole year and nothing, I am on disability and I could really use my deposit back. They made sure that you waited at least two billing cycles to past by before calling which makes it impossible to dispute the money on your credit card because thirty days has gone by.
The invoice number is #8610, the Rep was CLS it was a 1999 Ford F250 5.4 4L engine and the order date was 6/7. They are a subsidiary of Blue Venture Solutions, Inc.
