I joined the gym on 1/5/09 only to find out by noon the same day, I'd to stop. Because of medical problems, and so I called around 2 pm, as was informed to send all documents to 212-734-9807 that was completed at 7pm on 1/5/09. Therefore on 1/8/09, at 8am I sent out all there paperwork -express mail which cost $13.00 & they received it 1/09/09 & I also have the proof. Therefore after 7 calls that weam monitoring they simply explained nowadays, 2/10/09 they ultimately prepared the fax, from 1/5/09 however they did not approach the specific email that they received 1/8/09. Whenever you contact one should have sufficient time since its quite a long time to obtain a person. And so I might find if by in a few days I will obtain a better solution. There customer support individuals are horrible and have no idea just how to speak, really guetto... Have no idea how they're running a business... As observe they've numerous compliants against them-so how can they stay-open is beyond me...
