Grants every day rip off

I signed up for free access to grant every day. They gave me a user id and password and they don't work. When you try to contact them or ask for support, you have to sign in first (which of course doesn't work). There isn't a phone number to contact them. So they rippped me off. Does anyone have a phone number for them?
