I found a package in my mailbox and had no idea what Wu-Yi Source even was. Big instructions to call the 800 number on the outside of the box that was an explanation of the contents (diet tea) and extolling its virtues and someone's personal hotline if any questions and thanking me for my "order". I never ordered this.
I google it and see that this is happening to other people and all the problems resulting. I check my accounts to see if there are any unauthorized charges, so far none. I see some people are calling for an RMA, but as far as I can see, I didn't order this, so it is within my right to refuse it, which I do. I look in my junk e-mailbox by chance, and there it is, an email confimation of "my order" marked dangerous, and do not open by my virus protection program, at 2:00am when I was sleeping, some weeks before. I try to reply, but the address is "unknown".
My only recourse is to report here, report to the BBB, amd to put a fraud alert on my accounts and wait. I ordered a "free trial" with Hydroderm in the past and went thru heck and would never do so willingly again. It makes me wonder if these companies exchange info...
