This company showed questionable practices almost from the start
A supposed 1-mo "free" trial of their diet tea only really lasted 14 days - during which a brother and I STILL hadn't gotten our tea. Meantime, Wu-Yi was trying to slam into my accounts for $60 for a 3-month supply! They didn't succeed but still...
When the tea finally got there, it came in a tacky package and did not smell very fresh so I called the company and said I was sending it back and wanted to cancel the order. They tried to tell me it was "too late" — even though the tea took 3-4 weeks to arrive, so there was really no trial, and NOTHING free.
NEXT: The company SCAMS you badly, by slamming into your account, and signing you up WITH NO AUTHORIZATION for these bogus "membership" programs, at prices lke $4.95,9.95 and 19.95 — four before I caught the pattern, froze my cards, got new ones issued, and AM DOING EVERYTHING I CAN TO EXPOSE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY FOR WHAT IT IS!
Do not give Wu-Yi Source a credit or debit card #!!!
