Recently my family had a serious hardship in our family, which dried up our bank accts and puts us in the rears with our mortgage. Trying to deal with home eq is like dealing with the devil himself, they dont give a little. I went thru a credit counselor in pa who really had me beleiving that home eq would do a loan modifcation for us. Well all they did was waste my time, got me deeper in debt, and is ready to forclose on my house. I beleive they have contest in there office to see which employee can screw the customer better,
Some legal action must be taken against these con-artist. If anyone knows of lawyer recently filing action against this co. Please let me know
