I had a contract to plow three lots for them in the 2009 season. The payment terms were 10 days. I never got paid within 10 days. I chose to terminate contract when invoices were over 30 days. Now they are claiming that i never did any work and they lost their contracts with the customers. They will not pay me the $6060.00 they owe me. Do not work for them or let them do work for you.
