Non-payment for contract work performed

I worked under contract for Ambient-Planet late in July. Contract specified to be paid in 30 days. Several calls to Ernie Zambrano and Coleen Macgovern resulted in lies such as:
"check will be sent within 12 days"
"check was sent last Thursday"
"check will be sent tomorrow"
It is nearly 90 days and still no payment has been received.
