These people are tenants that moved in, in April and paid rent sporadically.By December they owed over $10,000 in past due rent. The owners kept working with these people and finally in January went to file and eviction. At that point they filed BK7 and would no longer communicate with the owners. They haven't paid anything towards rent in 4 months and continue to live in the home. They have multiple BK's filed/dismissed, and even more evictions/unlawful detainers both in MO and FL. The owners obviously were completely taken by these professional tenants. Everyone should be warned that these people come across as a very nice, honest couple; however, they are not honest. At the very best they will lie and deceive to get what they want, then take advantage of the situation.
