Charging credit card for service not render

I Evelyn Kennard approved $2.99 to become billed on my master card for D'Mitria, my grand-daughter to complete the various she owed and infomed them that nothing else was to become billed to my charge card. They proceed to cost me every month for $49.50 so when I named them at 18663091269, they offered me the web page above and somebody from the title of Janet Jackson. I've attempted this website and that I am unable to contact a Janet Jackson.
