Price gauging / overcharged. Charged $120 to open a lock that took 15 seconds to open

This vendor overcharges for it's services. The vendor provides locksmith service when keys are lost or misplaced. The vendor Charged $120 to open a lock that took 15 seconds to open. I have had locksmiths at the same house and the same door on 2 prior occasions and the cost was not more than $50.

The vendor also refuses to provide a written receipt.
