The corporation offers crisis phone attentive models for that house. I've an issue having a new device that their "customer support" division will not trade or proper. This leaves my 85-year old dad alone without any crisis device. Calls for their help-line get uncertain. Demands to get a supervisor or boss go unanswered. Nobody appears to care or be prepared to correct the issue. Any recommendations?
