They told me they can gurantee to lower our mortgage and they didn't... They told us not to make our [payments so we did... They charged us 1000.00 to help us and when i requested my money back they are returning phone calls or emails

I was told they gurantee 100% they can reduce my mortgage payment. I still have the start up plan they sent to me stating that.
