Beware of the nice young man who comes to your door selling magazines for his school and says he needs to make points to win a contest. The cancellation rules were followed exactly, but there was no refund and no magazines.
I had several phone conversations with customer service at the number listed on the receipt, and each time they said I would get the refund within a few weeks. Now there is only a voice message saying they are busy at the time and to leave a message, which of course I have done, with no return phone call or return email.
