I bought magazines from some kids selling door to door. I decided I didn't want the magazines and used my cancellation privilege. The written notice of cancellation was mailed on the same day that I bought the magazines.
I sent the notice of cancellation by registered letter and received the receipt that LSS had received it. That was 4 weeks ago. Their refund policy states a check will be sent within 10 days. Do the math.
When I try to call to ask about my refund, I get a message to LEAVE a message. THEN I get a message that the voice mailbox is full.
Total runaround. I won't quit though.
Don't order any magazines from this company.
