I was ripped off by metro power sports. Darrell, finance manager at metro powersports, agreed to sell me a honda foreman atv for 5000.00. When the atv arrived[3 days late] the price had changed to 10000.14. I refused to sign at first. The delivery driver called darrell and handed me the phone darrell assured me that it would all be straightened out on monday jan. 28. He again told me that it was no problem & that i should take delivery, and call him the next day. I signed and accepted the atv. I must have called over 20 times that week. Darrell was never available. He did finally call me back a week later and said that it would all be fine, he would fix the problem. I have talked to darrell & jenny [customer service] many times since then. It's always the same, we will get it straigtened out.
A year later nothing has changed, and no one seems to care.
The atv was a gift for my 17yr. Old son who had won 6 awards at school. To bad metro powersports ruined it for us.
