Damages to my car at Fullers Car Care

This past September, I brought my car to Fullers Car Car for a complete detail which included interior cleaning.

When I picked my car up, the button from the upolstery on the back seat was missing and armoral was leaked in the clock on my dashboard.

I called the manager over and showed him and he noted on my paperwork that the damage was done during the cleaning.

I was not able to immediately get an estimate because I had several suregeries on my mouth and was not feeling well.

I called and kept Ken Fuller informed and told him that I would bring it him as soon as I can.

In December, I brought my estimate to him from Honda in the amount of $350.00. He insinuated that I was lying and called the manager over, who confirmed that the button was in place when I brought my car in.

Ken Fuller over to find a button and try and fix it himself but could not guarantee that it would work. I thought about it and told him that I prefer to bring my car to Honda.

He told me he was not paying and said "see you in court".in order to resolve this I asked him to pay half of the bill. Again he said " No, I'll see you in court".

I am outraged that this business could get away with this when they know they did the damage.

It is pathetic that they use the court threat because the average consumer can't afford the court fees for a claim such as this.

I appreciate your assistance. Ken Fuller is liable for the repairs to my car.
