The Juiced Moose is quick to take your money but then they fall off the face of the earth. I placed an order on January 4th and received and email about my order and would receive an update once it shipped. However, it is January 16th now and my order has never been shipped nor have I received an update. I have called several times to every extension they provide, and sent numerous emails to them. However, I have received NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
I can understand if they got busy around the holidays, like their rebuttal states on another complaint filed, but the holidays are over and a simple update would be nice! I will never do business with them again and will never recommend them to anyone. There are plenty of other companies available that will ACTUALLY provide the same products and better service!
My advice to everyone - STAY AWAY from this company!
