This company is a piece of work... First off the telephone number when called takes your to a voice message that says "This is The Juiced Moose if you are calling about "blah blah blah" please email us for it is the quickest and easiest way to handle all your questions." or it just says "This voice message box is full please call again later" I Emailed this company multiple times and never even received a response. They were on time to take my money out of my account but not to ship (If they Even Shipped it).. The website says it will be shipped within 24 hours via UPS ground But a week later nothing ever showed up... Well I'm a UPS employee and I load the trucks in the morning and have a very good Idea how long something shipped through this company via UPS ground and it doesn't take a week guaranteed especially since the company is based in Marion, OH and the the traveling distance to my house In Traverse City, MI is 386 miles. I don't normally wine and yell about stuff but after wasting hours on the phone getting bounced between Chase banks, Paypal, and then back to Chase Banks to file a claim on the payment and get my money back I am so frustrated and angry that I'm reporting this BS... Even if it by chance happened to be a matter of them not shipping it yet (Says will be shipped within 24 hours) it still makes them a horrible company to deal with and extremely shady considering there is no communication other than a email saying your money has been taken out of your account and no way to legitimately get in contact with them. I would never ever ever recommend them no matter what kind of deals they have on their website stay away from The Juiced Moose.
