D7 marketing solutions is a scam. They calim management progession in 9 months, then you open up your own company and call it what you want and you make 75k -125,000k! Sounds too good to be true... It is!
You have to for first 6 months sell door to door and train other people after 4 weeks. During this period you are on commission only of which 40% goes to per dm whom I cant find anywhere? And 30% to the manager whom is Tina fletcher in D7 marketing solutions!
You are self employed! They pay only in cash and not through the books. When you get to area manager which for majority never happens 40% goes to per dm and 60% to you. They say at this level you shadow the main manager and get all legal, accounts training in under two months and then you open your own outlet. Where Per Dm fund an office opening and accountant for you (LIE). You have to borrow from them and if you dont reach target in 2 months your out!
When your a manager you get 20% of the profits not all of them as they state! There is no way you can run a business after 8 weeks training! They just give you a manual. Tina spends all her time shopping and never in the office. Just sounds like more scamming where majority who are good sales people are kept doing door to door and not progressed so that all others can make money off them.
None of the companies that open off the umbrella of holding company per dm or off D7 where an assistant is promoted to manager and is moved along to open his / her office are interlinked legally as suggested. Per DM have no link at all. IF D7 fails than that falls and nothing else. There are just too many loop holes to try and close down this scam.
You do open your own outlet but its where they tell you. And then the cycle continues where you find some gulable idiot to do door to door for ten hours and feed them off the same bullshit law of averages spile about if you visit 120 houses you'll get 6 people signing onto a charity you represent. The charity in return makes no money from that direct debit donation for up to a year because D7 get 75- 80 euro for each signed on and the person signing them only gets 34 euro.
There make up line is a fake... Its produced by a factory in china per dm bought and packaged as a rival toe MAC sellinbg 150 euros worth for 30 euro. They say it'll be in Brown Thomas and other big stores but its never seen there cos its all lies.

Could someone please tell me where Per dm started who owns them? Apparently there an American company and there founder is Jesse or Jamie Young? Can't find him.
